Egg-In-A-Hole Burgers
Burgers with egg in a hole would be a hot item in your kitchen if you try this recipe. Use a drinking glass in creating a donut-like burger patty and fill with egg until set and top with cheddar. The patty is served on a toasted bun with Sriracha-mayo sauce, bacon and lettuce.

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
Freshly ground black pepper
Kosher salt
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon Sriracha
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 split and toasted hamburger buns
8 slices cooked bacon
3 lettuce leaves
Directions
Create three beef patties and cut out the center with a small glass to form a donut shape.
Mix the excess meat from the cut out to form another patty and cut out the middle with a small glass. Season both sides of patties with generous amount of salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the patties for two minutes each side.
Directly crack an egg into the hole of each patty and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover the patties and cook for five minutes longer until the egg whites are set.
Top the eggs with cheddar cheese; cover and cook for 1 minute until melty.
Stir in a small bowl the sriracha and mayonnaise; spread mixture on toasted buns. Place the cooked patties on top of toasted buns, and top with cooked bacon, lettuce, sriracha-mayo sauce and cover with toasted bun.
Serve!
